Seasonal Planting Day

Seasonal Planting Day - FALL EDITION

Reclamation FARMacy is calling you to the soil this fall. Not just to witness, but to participate in something real. Something that feeds us, grounds us, and reminds us of who we are when we work together.

This is about more than planting seeds.
It's about reclaiming land, knowledge, and connection.
It's about preparing the soil for what's to come — and choosing to be in relationship with the earth and each other, season after season.

If you've been longing for deeper community, this is your invitation.
If you've been wanting to contribute in a meaningful way, this is your moment.

Come ready to get your hands dirty. Come ready to give. Come ready to grow. Come join us.

We'll see you in the garden 🍂

Farm to Flavor Dinner

A Farm-to-Table Experience Celebrating Black Farmers, Local Food & Community

Farm to Flavor is an intimate farm-to-table dining experience that brings together exceptional food, powerful storytelling, and community. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course meal prepared by a local Black chef using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced exclusively from Black-owned farms. Throughout the evening, hear directly from the farmers behind the meal, explore the connections between food, culture, and community, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of food sovereignty. Each guest will also receive a take-home ingredient box and recipe card to continue the experience at home.

More than a dinner, Farm to Flavor is an opportunity to celebrate Black agriculture, honor cultural food traditions, and invest in a more resilient local food system—one meal at a time.

Volunteer Meeting

🌱 It takes more than gardening to grow a movement.

At Reclamation FARMacy, we're building more than gardens—we're cultivating food sovereignty, community wellness, and lasting change. While we always welcome volunteers in the garden, we're also looking for people with specialized skills who want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

We're especially seeking volunteers with experience in:

  • 📊 Bookkeeping & QuickBooks

  • 📋 Administrative support & spreadsheets

  • 🎨 Graphic design & art

  • 📸 Photography

  • 🎥 Videography

  • ✍🏾 Grant writing

  • 🪚 Carpentry

  • ⚒️ Metalworking & welding

  • 💧 Irrigation systems

Whether you can volunteer once a month or on an ongoing basis, your time and talents can help strengthen food sovereignty and build community power in Southeast Raleigh. Can't make it in person? Many of these opportunities can be done remotely, so virtual volunteers are welcome.

Join us for our Volunteer Interest Meeting on Thursday, August 6, from 6:30–7:30 PM at 756 Lunar Dr., Raleigh, NC. You'll learn about our mission, hear about current volunteer opportunities, meet members of our team, and discover how your unique skills can help move this work forward.

Questions? Send us a DM, text 919-720-8699, or email contact@reclamationfarmacy.org.

We can't wait to meet you and build something powerful together. 🌿

Beginning Immigrant Farmers Workshop

Join Reclamation FARMacy for a special class alongside beginning immigrant farmers from Transplanting Traditions Community Farm. Together, we'll explore rich agricultural traditions from Burma, Thailand, Spain, Guatemala, and Mexico — swapping stories, sharing cultures, and learning hands-on techniques for direct and indirect sowing.

In the spirit of language justice, multiple interpreters will be on site to ensure every voice is heard and every story can be shared.

This is more than a farming class — it's an invitation to build community across language and cultural barriers, grounded in love, acceptance, and shared wisdom.

Come ready to learn, laugh, and grow together
